Wear for 12 hours at a time, replacing pads and tampons.
Rinse with soap and warm water after use. Machine wash warm with similar colors. Do not use fabric softener, chlorine, or bleach. Do not iron, do not dry clean. Line dry in shade or tumble dry on low heat.
