If you want an aromatherapy experience but don’t want to draw a bath, shower steamers are a great option!
They’re so easy to use that you’ll be looking for reasons to treat yourself to your own personal spa experience. Simply place the steamer on the floor of your shower and let the hot water fill your shower with aromatic steam.
To make sure your steamer lasts your whole shower (or maybe 2 showers!), place it in an area where it will get wet but not soaked (like just to the side of the stream of water). If you want a more intense scent, try moving the steamer higher up in your shower and wetting it with water from your hand.
